Email us details of your health situation, and we will recommend the next best step for you.

• Fill in the Email Assessment Request form.
• We will then email you a detailed health questionnaire.
• Return the questionnaire, together with values from recent blood tests and ultrasound reports.
• We will review your health history and then email you with instructions to point you in a new direction with your health. It may be further testing, or a new facet of nutrition that you had not considered.
• This is an assessment, not a consult. Recommendations will be of a general, "point you in the right direction" nature. A detailed treatment plan cannot be provided.
  
• You will still require primary treatment from your local doctor or Naturopath.

The fee for the email assessment is $50 Australian Dollars. Payment can be made by Credit Card, Direct Deposit or PayPal.

The assessment is not a consult, so it is not eligible for a health fund rebate.
