Lara has over 12 years of experience with thousands of patients.  This gives her the expertise to deal with complex hormonal cases.

For those of you who cannot get to our Australian clinic, a Skype consult with Lara is a great way to obtain a careful individual assessment of your hormones and metabolism.

(This service is not available to Australian residents. Australian patients must have at least one face-to-face consult in Sydney before they can have a phone or Skype consult. For more  information, click here.)

How will you benefit?

• Find the right direction for your health. You may be taking supplements or following a diet that you do not need.
• Learn to recognise the clues that your body is sending you. Symptoms and medical history tell a story about your health, and the correct reading of that story could be the answer that you need.
• A Naturopathic look at your existing blood work may reveal important information that has been missed.

How does it work?

These are the steps for non-Australian residents. (If you live in Australia, click here.)

• Fill in the Skype Consult Request form. We will then email you a detailed health questionnaire.
• Return the questionnaire, together with scanned copies of your recent blood test and ultrasound reports (if available). Payment is made at this stage.
• Lara will review your health history, and then meet with you for a 30 minute Skype or phone consult.
• Lara may suggest further testing, in which case you will need to approach your local doctor.
• Once she has had a chance to review all of your test resutls and medical history, Lara will email you a thorough assessment of your hormonal status, together with recommendations for treatment.
• Treatment will include diet, nutritional supplements, herbs, homeopathy and/or natural hormone supplements.

You may be required to purchase herbal or nutritional tablets as part of your treatment. We do not supply those directly from our Australian clinic, but Lara will assist you to find them in your own country.

The fee for the entire process described above is 200 Australian Dollars. Payment can be made by Paypal or Credit Card.
