Wheat or gluten sensitivity may affect as many as 1 in 10 Australians.  It is causes hormonal problems, such as thyroid disease, osteoporosis and infertility.

Do you have Wheat Sensitivity?

 

Family history of coeliac disease __
Feel an emotional "high" from bread/pasta & other flour products __
Recurring brain fog. Usually within 3 days of wheat
__
Autoimmune disorder __
Chronic or recurring sinusitis __
Chronic skin problem such as breakouts, psoriasis, eczema __
Rosacea __
History of night terrors or nightmares as a child __
Of British Isles descent __
Chronic digestive problems such as reflux or distension __

 

If you ticked three or more, then Wheat Sensitivity is likely.

Further tests: Consult your GP or Naturopath for a "gliadin antibodies" blood test.  A normal reading is less than 5.
